We operate as a social enterprise focused on empowering women entrepreneurs in the beauty industry. Selfmade Hair Company & Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a product’s price is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to cancel orders for items listed at the incorrect price, regardless of order confirmation.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Selfmade Hair Company & Co. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include but are not limited to errors in product information or stock limitations. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment provider. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. Selfmade Hair Company & Co. is not responsible for delays beyond our control. All items purchased from Selfmade Hair Company & Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than an error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@selfmadehairco.com. We will assess the claim and may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not offered unless required by law or at our sole discretion.
