At Selfmade Hair Company & Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of raw hair, all sales are final. However, we offer a return or exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return/Exchange: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original packaging intact.
- Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized orders, used hair, or hair that has been chemically treated or altered by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address.
- After inspection, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
